Because the lack of investment in people combined with outdated HR and leadership practices leads to a crisis – we are accumulating so-called people debt that is slowing us down or hindering us from exploring the full potential of an agile transformation and organization. For this, we need a strong People Runway.

It is time to introduce a people authority to the ART (Agile Release Train) and make them an integral and integrated part of the agile organization. It is time for the Tetrad.

Not into SAFe? Don’t worry. Even though we guide you through the People Runway using SAFe vocabulary, the concept applies to any organization regardless of the agile approach applied.
